My love for avocados is STRONG. I had a couple left over from a huge bag I had bought at Sam’s that I needed to use up. I also had some basil growing in my herb garden that I was planning to make pesto with. I had heard of making avocado dressings before, so I thought why not? It took me about 5 seconds to throw it all in the food processor and I’m so glad I did.
I love green beans. My husband doesn’t. It’s my life’s mission to convert him. I eat green beans raw, straight out of a can, slow cooked, any way you serve them up, I’ll eat them.
